Tensoflex is a system of low environmental impact, since all its components are recyclable.
Tensoflex’s screens are made of PVC , plastic material not derived from petroleum and base composition is sea salt while the profiles are made of aluminum material with great capacity to reuse and currently Tensoflex responsible for recycling 100 % of its materials not used .
The Making of the screens are aligned with the concepts of Vinyl Plus , created by the European community aimed at promoting the sustainable production of PVC by 2020 .
This initiative began in 2010 and established structure able to collect and recycle over 250,000 tons of PVC per year. Moreover, it is capable of replacing cadmium as additives in the manufacturing process .
An estimated 2020 jumped to 800,000 tonnes of recycled PVC and use of energy and renewable raw materials in the production of fabrics.
In line with ROHS ( Restriction of Hazardous Substances Directive ) , also known as ” Law unleaded ” , our screens have no heavy metals in their composition .
We hold A + rating in Émission dans l’air interieur , which measures the emission of volatile pollutants created by the Ministry of Ecology of France .
